You can request deletion of your Critical Care Daily account at any time. We honor deletion requests within 14 days.
How to request deletion
Email khaled.fernainy@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my account.” We use the message's sender address to verify the request, so requests sent from a different address will not be honored.
You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
When we process the request we delete your account record, your authentication tokens, your daily answers, your comments and replies, your ratings, your favorites, your blocks, and your badge progress.
What is retained
We retain only what is necessary to operate the service for other users (for example, anonymized aggregate statistics that no longer identify you) or what we are required to retain by law. We do not retain identifying account data after deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. To cancel, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone before requesting deletion.
